SUBSTANCE: when a woman is subject to medical check-up due to pregnancy, an anamnesis is taken, risk factors are identified: social and behavioural, general somatic, obstetric and gynaecological factors. Further, during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, risk factors for the course of pregnancy and its complications are identified. In addition, during the first and second trimesters of pregnancy, the leukocyte index of intoxication is calculated. Prognostic risk factors are evaluated in points. The points obtained are summed up for each trimester of pregnancy. If the sum is less than 50 points, a low degree of risk is predicted, with a sum of 50 points or more, a high risk of developing an unfavourable maternal outcome during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides early, fast, simple and affordable prediction of development of unfavourable maternal outcomes during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum period, solution of questions about routing of pregnant women, prescribing timely treatment due to a comprehensive assessment of the influence of prognostically significant risk factors.
