SUBSTANCE: invention relates to threaded cap with opening control tape. Cap 10 has top plate 1, at least, approximately, cylindrical side surface 2 with inner thread 11 jointed by fast-release joint 8 with cap side surface bottom edge, opening control tape made up of flexible tape 3 consisting of first section 4 directed downward from cap side surface 2 and second section 5 bent inward and backward in direction of top plate 1 to grip safety ring 21 on filler neck 20. Axial elongation of second section 5 has, at least, one ledge 7 secured to outer free edge of bent second section 5 without engaging with its inner edge to extend along inner circle of threaded cap and through, at least, one recess 9 made in section 5.
EFFECT: ease of use, higher reliability.
