FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: permanent pipe connection method involves rift making and application of adhesive coating to connected surfaces. Metal pipe end encloses a pipe from composite material, and then, connection is placed into inductor. Rifts are made on pipe from composite material immediately at connection point and detachable centring matrix is installed inside the connection; after that, magnetic-pulse field is created by means of inductor, which provides pipe crimping at connection point, in series with two current pulses of the discharge. The first pulse changes physical and mechanical properties of material, and the second pulse reduces the elastic deformation value of metal pipe end, with simultaneous hardening of UL5-233U adhesive serving as damping layer.

EFFECT: invention improves the connection reliability owing to providing the tightness of non-detachable pipe connection from composite material with metal pipe end.
