FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pressing of an article from a powder composition. Powder composition is loaded into an electrically conductive tubular sheath, compressed and removed from the article. Before loading the powder composition into the tubular sheath, a plug is installed on one of its sides, after loading the powder composition, a plug is installed on the other side by means of a magnetic pulse crimping. According to the method of embodiment 1, the compression of the tubular sheath with the powder composition is produced by the energy of the pulsed magnetic field and simultaneously by dragging. According to the method of embodiment 2, the compression of the tubular sheath with the powder composition is carried out initially by a pulsed magnetic field and then by dragging. According to the method of embodiment 3, the compression of the tubular sheath with the powder composition is effected initially by dragging, and then by a pulsed magnetic field. Pulse ratio of the magnetic-impulse action is tied to the dragging speed, ensuring overlapping of the deformation zones.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of pressing powder compositions by providing longitudinal-radial deformation is provided.
