FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: from tank air-vapor phase forced into separator-absorber with the help of water-jet injector. Slop oil with density making at least 0.920 g/cm3 is used as absorbent. Note here that absorption of HLF is carried out unless density of formed solution reaches 0.800 g/cm3. Thereafter, said solution is replaced by fresh absorbent in separator-absorber. Proposed device consists of water pump, water-jet injector, separator-absorber, buffer tank, oil pump, slop oil (absorbent) storage tank and tank to supply slop oil to separator-absorber. Absorption of HLF and extraction of air-vapor phase with reduced HLF content therefrom is carried out in one separator-absorber. Note here that formed solution (light oil) flows into buffer tank.
EFFECT: reduced emissions of HLF, optimum use of major amount of slop oil.
