FIELD: petroleum processing and waste disposal. SUBSTANCE: oily slime is preliminarily dehydrated with assistance of mechanical breaker and then thermally treated at 300- 400 C on rotary tubular mixer by way of mixing dehydrated "cold" oily slime with crushed stone, preliminarily heated in rotary drum furnace, at ratio (1.2-1.3):1. Heat treatment temperature in rotary mixer is maintained within specified range using heat of flue gas from rotary furnace heating broken stone. EFFECT: optimized process parameters. 2 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl
