SUBSTANCE: device contains a housing, a striker, a cylinder for striker actuation located in tool housing and wound compression spring. Wound compression spring contacts striker and positions housing relative to workpiece upon striker pressure to workpiece and upon retraction before impact action. Wound compression spring absorbs reaction force generated by spring back of workpiece and effects striker upon its impact action on workpiece. Cylinder is inserted in housing at the front along striker axial direction and is located in spacing part of housing. Wound compression spring applies displacement force to cylinder in backward direction and holds cylinder in spacing part.

EFFECT: reducing reaction force resulting in striker impact.
