FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to percussion-type tools with chisel. Proposed tool comprises body, cylinder arranged in said body, mechanism for dynamic reduction of vibrations and mechanical vibration drive. Said mechanism for dynamic reduction of vibrations comprises weight linearly displacing under action of elastic element displacement force to reduce body vibration caused by weight axial motion in chisel axial direction. Said mechanical vibration drive drives the weight by applying external force thereto via elastic element. Weight and elastic element are arranged on chisel axis between body wall inner surface and cylinder wall outer surface to embrace a part of cylinder wall outer surface in direction along circumference.
EFFECT: reduced vibration, higher tool efficiency.
