FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture cork boards includes preparation of cork crumb, its pressing into boards, heat treatment at 290-300°C, cooling. Prior to pressing, cork crumb is mixed with mineral fibre cut into sections of 3-30 mm, besides, mineral fibre makes 1-10% of cork weight.
EFFECT: improved strength of cork boards.
