FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction of underground tunnels, in particular, construction of collector tunnels, for instance, for faecal and storm water sewage, industrial drains, and also communication tunnels and subway tunnels. The circular element of the precast tunnel lining comprises joined units, every of which is arranged from concrete and has a convex outer and inner opposite surface, with a protective lining placed onto the inner surface, which is tightly connected to a concrete massif and equipped with reinforcing strengthening elements. The protective lining is arranged in the form of a multi-layer embedded sheet. A layer, which contacts with a medium transported along a tunnel is a composite material based on a binder and a finely dispersed reinforcing material. The next layer is formed in such a manner that the binder contains a distributed reinforcing filler in the form of cut glass fibres or mat on the basis of cut glass fibres, and also a glass surface mat placed inside the specified layer. The border layer "lining - concrete" on the basis of the reinforced net from basalt or alkali-resistant glass fibre with cell size from 5 to 10 mm. The lining contains embedded reinforcing elements arranged in the form of racks of Z-shaped profile, equipped with hollow slots on the upper and lower planks, crutches from basalt plastic and trapezoids with hollow slots on the upper and lower bases. The lower base is previously fixed on the outer surface of the embedded protective lining.

EFFECT: increased operational reliability of design, reduced labour intensiveness of lining elements manufacturing.
