SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to insulating structural elements, method of their manufacturing and application. Disclosed is an insulating structural member comprising a first elongated frame member having a first length and a second elongated frame member spaced apart from the first elongated frame member and parallel thereto; Second elongated frame member has second length equal to that of first frame member. Insulating structural member includes a central elongated frame member located between and parallel to the first and second frame members; central frame member has a third length, the same as the first length, and a plurality of first frame members attaching the first elongated frame member to one of the surfaces of the central frame member; first frame elements have connection length, which is less than the first length. Insulating structural element includes a plurality of second connecting elements connecting the second elongated element to the opposite surface of the central element of the frame, wherein said second connection element has connection length considerably smaller than that of first length.
