FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rock cutters and is intended for mechanisation of mining. Proposed machine comprises body, control board, hydraulic tools, motor and reduction gearboxes. It is provided with two cutting shafts and two cutting chains engaging gear wheels of reduction gearbox output shafts with those of actuator cutting shafts. Machine body is composed of two identical parts made of solid metal sheets with recesses to receive bearings of actuator shafts. Said shafts support cutoff cutters arranged 0.15 m one from another perpendicular to cutting shaft axes. Note here that every cutter is locked on shaft by key and is composed of two halves locked on shaft by steel plates and bolts. Additional cutters are welded to every tooth of cutter on both sides at 30° to each other. Lengths of cutting chains are welded between planes of cutters over cutting shaft length. Hydraulic tools represent a cabinet provided with tube lengths welded thereto to receive hydraulic jacks fitted therein with rods provided with hydraulic wedges welded thereto to fit in coal slots made by working cutters.
EFFECT: simplified design, better coal quality.
