FLEXIBILITY ASSEMBLY LOCK OF METALLIC FRAME YIELDING SUPPORT FROM MINE SPECIAL SECTIONS Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC E21D11/22 

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, particularly, to clamps for metallic frame support sliding arched elements. Proposed assembly comprises strap with holes, "П"-like gooseneck with threaded ends, inner and outer special sections, nuts and stabilisation reinforcements arranged between said strap and flange of inner special section. Note here that stabilisation reinforcements are composed of two hollow unequal-volume prismatoids with end faces made up of right-angular equal-height trapezoids. Midlength section of top prismatoids base area relates to that of bottom prismatoids as 3:1. prismatoids stay in contact via outlines of larger bases while face planes of top and bottom prismatoids have holes to receive "П"-like gooseneck. Note here that top prismatoid side surface stays in contact with inclined side wall of special section to rest on lock strap. Top prismatoid base face surface is fitted in thrust with mine section flange on diametrically opposite side to make force-closure of yield assembly.

EFFECT: higher reliability, stable operation.
