FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: metal yielding frame support consists of arch-shaped roof girder from shaft special channel, posts, flexible containers with filler, locks of yield assembly, nuts and stiffeners-stabilisers. Posts are overlapped in movable manner with roof girder in yield assemblies. Flexible containers with filler are installed along external outline and connected to each other by means of hinge. Locks of yield assembly consist of planks with holes, "П"-shaped attachment clamps with threaded ends passed through holes of planks. Stiffeners-stabilisers are installed between plank and flanges of special channel and made in the form of two hollow equal flattened prisms. Lateral sides of prisms of stiffener-stabiliser are formed from ellipse-shaped rolled wire with equilateral trapezoids contacting to each other with outlines of larger base. In upper bases of prisms there are holes through which branches of "П"-shaped clamp of lock are passed. Side surface of one of the prisms contacts with inclined side wall of shaft special channel.
EFFECT: improving operating reliability and stability of working resistance of metal yielding frame support.
