CORIOLIS FLOW METER WITH DOUBLE PIPE AND CENTRAL FIXED PLATE SERVING AS SUPPORT FOR EXCITER AND COMPONENTS OF SENSORS Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC G01F1/84

Abstract RU 2467292 C2

FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: flow meter (30) comprises the first and second flow-metering tubes (103, 103') and comprises a printed circuit board (250). At the same time at least a part of the printed circuit board (250) is arranged between the first and second flow-metering tubes (103, 103'). The first and second flow-metering tubes (103, 103') are adapted to vibrate relative to the printed circuit board (250). The flow meter also comprises the first sensor (105) of a transducer and the second sensor (106) of a transducer. The first sensor (105) of the transducer comprises the first coil (105B) of the transducer connected to the printed circuit board (250), and the first magnet (105A) of the transducer, connected to the first flow-metering tube (103) next to the first coil (105B) of the transducer. The second sensor (106) of the transducer comprises the second coil (106B) of the transducer connected to the printed circuit board (250), and the second magnet (106A) of the transducer, connected to the second flow-metering tube 103') next to the second coil (106B) of the transducer. The flow meter also comprises an exciter (104), which comprises the first coil (104B) of excitation connected to the printed circuit board (250), and the first magnet (104A) of excitation connected to one of the first or second flow-metering tubes (103, 103') next to the first coil (104B) of excitation.

EFFECT: elimination of necessity to fix wires to flow-metering tubes and accordingly provision of a more stable and efficient vibration flow meter.
