FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to facilities for gas odorisation and is designed to automatically control gas and odorant ratio when preparing natural and other combustible gases for use as fuel. A weight gas odoriser comprises a day tank, a metering pump, a sensor of pressure difference with plus and minus chambers, a vertical gauge tube with a calibrated tube installed tightly on top with an open lower end, a source of excessive pressure and a bypass valve. At the same time, according to the invention, the weight odoriser comprises a mixing reservoir, equipped with a sensor of absolute pressure and an electromagnetic valve for supply of a portion of odorised gas into a gas line, and upper ends of the vertical gauge tube and calibrated tube are arranged in the form of a spraying device, tightly joined with the mixing reservoir, the bypass valve is represented in the form of an electromagnet valve for supply of excessive gas pressure from a source of excessive pressure into a free zone of the vertical gauge tube. Besides, the minus chamber of the pressure difference sensor is also connected with the mixing reservoir.
EFFECT: increased evenness of odorant doses distribution in a gas flow.
