FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas or liquid odorizing devices and can be used in gas, oil, chemical and other industries where proportional input of substances in low doses is required at large change of medium values. Gas odorizer comprises a main and a control vessel connected to a station odorant storage container, a dispensing, flow meter and computing device, check valves, analyzer of concentration of odorant in gas, wherein metering device is made in form of hydraulic cylinder operating under excessive pressure, with piston and rod, which is driven from step electric motor through reduction gear, wherein actuation of step electric motor is performed automatically from control signal of computing device with feedback from analyzer of concentration of odorant in gas. In normal operation of the gas odorizer, the odorant is automatically taken from the station for storage of the odorant due to vacuum in one of the cylinder cavities of the dispenser, wherein the main and control vessels are not involved.
EFFECT: simplified design and increased reliability of gas odorizer operation.
