SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telecommunication. At the beginning, one or more messages on the person of a user receiving information are generated in the device of one data network user receiving information and the generated messages are then sent to the data network. In the device of another data network user transmitting information, a message on the person of the user receiving information is generated. An information message is generated for that user and then sent to the data network. In each user device, having a channel for communication with the device of the user transmitting information, messages generated in the device of the user transmitting information are generated. The received message on the person of the user receiving information is compared with messages on the person of the user receiving information, stored in the database of that device. If the compared messages do not match, the obtained information is discarded, otherwise the information message received from the device of the user transmitting information is stored in the database for the user receiving information.

EFFECT: allowing a network user to organise their own address space and ensure protection from unauthorised information transmission.
