FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: one or more messages on the person of a user receiving information are first generated in the device of the user receiving information and then sent to a data network. Information having an information reception readiness feature is received and discarded in a user device having a channel for communication with the device of a user receiving information. Messages and a feature of the channel, through which information was received, are stored in an intermediate device which is regional for the device of the user receiving information. An information message, a message on the person of the user receiving information and a message on the region of location of that user are generated in the device of the user transmitting information and then sent to the network. In the intermediate device which is regional for the device of the user transmitting information, the message on the region of the user receiving information is compared with previously generated messages on region. In case of a match, the communication channel feature corresponding to the region of location of the user receiving information is determined and messages are sent over the communication channel having the established feature. In the intermediate device which is regional for the device of the user receiving information, the message on the person of the user receiving information, received from the device of the user transmitting information, is compared with previously received messages. If the compared messages match, the feature of the communication channel through which information was received, having an information reception readiness feature, including a message on the person of the user receiving information, is determined. Messages generated in the device of the user transmitting information are sent over the communication channel having the established feature to the device of the user receiving information.
EFFECT: creating conditions for designing non-address data networks and allowing the network user to organise their own address space, while ensuring protection from unauthorised transmission of information.
