SUBSTANCE: mower comprises an operating rod, a cutting unit, a main unit and a transmission shaft. The cutting unit is located on the front end of the operating rod and is made to support the cutting unit with the ability to rotate. The main unit is located at the rear end of the operating rod and comprises an electric motor which actuates the cutting unit. The transmission shaft is located inside the operating rod and is made to transmit the output torque of the electric motor from the main unit to the cutting unit. The transition element is fixed to the rear end of the operating rod, and the main unit is provided with a hole for input the rod, made for receiving the rear end of the operating rod with the fixed transition element. One of the operating rod and the transition element is provided with a projection, and the other of this pair is provided with a through hole made for engagement with the projection.

EFFECT: ensuring usability due to preventing incorrect mounting the operating rod, which is universal.
