FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of aircraft fuselage and to assembly site to this end. Two fuselage skin components are attached to prefabricated crew cabin and/or rear section, and to wing torsion box central section. Then, floor carcass sections are attached thereto. To implement proposed method, semi-envelope fuselage or four-envelope fuselage, or combination thereof, may be used. Proposed assembly site comprises elements to position crew cabin section and/or rear section relative to assembly site, those to level envelope elements, and those to lock central section of wing torsion box. Said positioning devices represent top and lateral positioning appliances, rotary and feed frame, and robots with flexible manipulators.
EFFECT: simplified assembly.
