SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle air cushion and can be used for elimination of consequences of emergency situations. Amphibious vehicle is equipped with elastic-damping space frame structure, linking fuselage with platform and consisting of an upper elastic frame, tight and hard fitting fuselage, and lower elastic frame tightly and rigidly fitting platform for its outer contour, facing fuselage. Elastic frames are interconnected by a resilient hinged frames elastically damped couplers consisting of two rigid parts connected in middle of damping element. Device is provided with a room to accommodate evacuees, which is a stamped metal frame consisting of supporting specialised structures within which are installed packages of sound and vibration insulation elements. Frame is connected to load-bearing structure of ship by means of vibration isolation system. Inside cabin piece attached to a ceiling absorbers, each of which is designed as a triangular pyramidal shape.
EFFECT: achieved by increasing reliability, noise reduction.
