FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of a silicone lubricant used in the medical industry, particularly for making disposable injection needles. The silicone compound for lubricating an injection needle contains heat-resistant low-molecular rubber SKTN class D or E with viscosity 18000-120000 mPa·s, an organosilicon compound - an AGM-9 product based on aminopropyl triethoxysilane and aminoisopropyl triethoxysilaen and toluene as a solvent, with the ratio of SKTN to the AGM-9 product equal to 89-99.5:0.5-11 pts.wt. Mixing is carried out at 15-35°C.
EFFECT: high stability of values of piercing and sliding forces of the siliconised disposable needle, low power consumption and improved technology of producing silicone.
