SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas industry and can be used for preparation of compounds intended for treatment of wells and pipelines during production and transportation of natural and associated gas and oil, thus preventing the formation of hydrated and paraffin deposits - HPD and corrosion. Compound used to prevent HPD and corrosion contains surface active substance - SAS and methanol; in addition, it contains production waste of polyethylene products on the basis of cyclohexanone or refined oil POD, at least one of mono-, di- or triethanolamine, at least one of homo-, co-, terpolymer of pyrrolidone, caprolactam, acrylate, acrylamide, as well as hydroxyethyl cellulose, formalin mixed with methanol at volume ratio of 1:1-4 respectively, at the following component ratio, wt %: production waste of polyethylene products on the basis of cyclohexanone or refined oil POD 10.0-40.0, SAS 0.1-3.0, at least one of mono-, di- or triethanolamine 5.0-20.0, at least one of homo-, co-, terpolymer of pyrrolidone, caprolactam, acrylate, acrylamide, as well as hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.05-2.0, formalin mixed with methanol in the above ratio is the rest.

EFFECT: increasing inhibiting capability in relation to HPD and corrosion.
