FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition of removing carbonate deposits, scum, corrosion products, different types of efflorescence and other products which dissolve upon reaction with nitric acid, based on urea nitrate with high water solubility. The composition contains urea nitrate and a component which increases solubility of urea nitrate. Such a component is water-soluble nitrogen-containing bases selected from a group comprising: urotropin, urea, thiocarbamide, formamide, acetamide, and for liquid compositions - additionally ethanolamines (including still bottoms from producing ethanolamines), in an amount which increases solubility of urea nitrate in the composition compared to solubility of the used urea nitrate. A method of increasing water solubility of urea nitrate is also provided.

EFFECT: invention increases water solubility of urea nitrate without heating.
