FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: dry mortar and the solid-phase composition for its manufacturing refer to the non-shrinking waterproof and frost-resistant dry construction mixtures, used for the new and existing concrete, brick, stone and other mineral structures under construction repair and protection. Solid phase composition for the dry construction mixture manufacturing includes (wt. %): a stabilizing agent selected from the range of Portland cement, micro silica suspension, white carbon, or mixtures thereof – 8.9–66; fiber additive selected from the group: organic fiber, mineral fiber, or mixtures thereof – 0–5; expanding additive selected from mineral products, expanding during hydration, for example, calcium sulfoaluminate, gypsum, quicklime, or mixtures thereof – 30.9–90; redispersible polymer powder – 0–10; plasticizer – 0.01–5; defoamer – 0–2. Dry mortar contains the above-mentioned solid-phase composition and cement-sand mixture at their weight ratio from 3.2:100 to 150:100, respectively. Wherein the cement-sand mixture provides compressive strength of at least 27 MPa, and the dry mortar ensures obtaining of the compressive strength of at least 40 MPa, water resistance of not lower than W12 grade, cold resistance of not lower than F300 grade and linear shrinkage of not more than 0.1 mm per 1 meter.

EFFECT: cement-sand mixture ensures obtaining of the compressive strength, and the dry mortar ensures obtaining of the compressive strength, water resistance, frost resistance and linear shrinkage.
