FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: proposed detachable joint of a drilling tool comprises a crown tail with a cavity and a stepped head of a drill installed in it. The drill head is fixed by means of a rod fixator installed in a radial channel of a crown tail, and a torque transfer unit. The drill head is arranged with a circular bore on an outer surface for a rod fixator. The diameter of the rod fixator is less than height of the circular bore. The torque transfer unit - in the form of a cam mechanism formed with matched ledges and responsive grooves arranged on contacting ends of the crown tail and larger step of the drill head. Between the end of the drill head and the bottom of the crown tail cavity there are replaceable discs, hardness of material of which is higher than hardness of the crown tail material.
EFFECT: simplified design of a joint and higher efficiency of energy transfer from a drive to an actuator.
