FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to boring tool, reinforced with rock cutting inserts, preferably to drill bits and crowns. Drill tool comprises body with holes to secure rock cutting insert, including shank and working head. Shanks of inserts and mating orifices in body are made in stepped shape, with at least two cylindrical sections, connected to each other by means of section in form of inverted cone, at smaller base of which there is circular groove for spring split ring, at that outer diameter of split ring in free state exceeds external diameter of greater cylindrical step.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplifying both manufacturing process of inserts and installation procedure of inserts into drilling tool with simultaneous provision of high reliability of their fixation in housing.
