FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: intermittent-cycle air-jet engine with flame stabilisation in colliding stream flows includes namely combustion chamber, resonator pipe, inlet pipes, gas supply nozzle, gas heating coil and ignition plug. Combustion chamber is provided with opposite side wells the rear end walls of which are perpendicular to axes of inlet pipes. Gas heating coil is arranged in initial part of resonator pipe, which is adjacent to rear end walls of side wells.

EFFECT: increasing thermodynamic efficiency by increasing pressure pulsation amplitude.
