FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a piston machine (10, 40), comprising at least one cylinder (12a, 12b) and one head (18a, 18b) of a cylinder, closing the hole of the cylinder (12a, 12b). Besides, the piston machine (10, 40) comprises a piston (22a, 22b) arranged at least partially inside the cylinder (12a, 12b), and the piston is installed as capable of displacement with the help of a connecting rod (28a, 28b) in its longitudinal direction. The piston (22a, 22b) has a hole stretching in its longitudinal direction, where at least a part of the additional guide element (30a, 30b) is installed, being rigidly connected with an additional head (18a, 18b) of the cylinder.
EFFECT: no transverse forces sent from a piston to a cylinder.
