Clamping device of hand-held machine comprises at least one fastening assembly (12a; 12b; 12c) for locking the working tool (14a; 14b; 14c) on a spindle (18a; 18b; 18c) in the axial direction (16a; 16b; 16c) and at least one disconnecting assembly (20a; 20b; 20c) for removing at least one fastener (22a; 22b; 22c), which is part of the fastening assembly (12a; 12b; 12c), in the axial direction (16a; 16b; 16c ). Device is provided with a safety unit (26a; 26b; 26c) for preventing the fixing unit spontaneous compartment (12a; 12b; 12c) and/or the working tool (14a; 14b; 14c) of the spindle (18a; 18b; 18c) in the braking mode. Safety assembly (26a; 26b; 26c) in made to provide for at least partially converting the first relative motion between the at least two members of the fixing assembly (12a; 12b; 12c), fixing elements (22a, 28a; 22b, 28b; 22c, 28c), which is the pivoting around the axis (68a; 68b; 68c) of rotation of the spindle, the second relative movement, which is a movement in the axial direction (16a; 16b; 16c).
