SUBSTANCE: plant comprises a base, the following components installed on it: a shelf with a grip for a sample, a striker in the form of an elastic plate, a hinged joint for fixation of one end of the plate and an anvil block of controlled weight, fixed at the other end of the plate, and an accessory for cocking and lowering the striker with a drive of rotation. The plant comprises a platform, a mechanism of reciprocal displacement of a platform and a fixator of hinged joint rotation. An accessory for cocking and releasing a striker is arranged on the platform and is arranged in the form of a shaft, connected with the drive of rotation and installed in parallel to the axis of the hinged joint as capable of displacement perpendicularly to the axis of the hinged joint, and a stop radially fixed on the shaft as capable of interaction with the striker.
EFFECT: increased scope of information by testing while loading a sample both under repeated shocks of identical force and in case of single-cycle, double-cycle and triple-cycle loading with an adjustable frequency of applying shocks and controlled level of permanent surcharge.
