FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and forestry, namely to nursery, and may be used to grow planting material of conifer species. The method includes preparation of a 15 cm drainage base. A mixture is prepared, consisting of three parts: black soil, humus and sand. River sand is applied onto the mixture surface in a layer of 3-5 cm, which is used as a substrate. Further grafts are prepared and planted with arrangement according to the 4×5 cm pattern for the depth of 2.5 cm. After planting triple watering is carried out with an interval of 15 days using the following preparations: 1% of "Planriz" work suspension and 0.001% of "Rostok" work suspension, and double watering with an interval of a month, with 0.5% of "Trichodermin" work suspension, the norm of work fluids suspension is 1 l/1 m²

EFFECT: method to root green grafts of conifer species in planting boxes makes it possible to reduce areas for rooting green grafts of conifer species, to reduce consumption of "Rostok" preparation work fluid and work suspensions of "Planriz", "Trichodermin" preparations by 1 m², to increase percentage of grafts rooting.
