FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to farm industry, in particular, to a method for improvement of livability and performance of piglets. The method involves introduction of fodder additives into the feedstuff; the fodder additive introduced into the feedstuff is represented by zeolite in an amount of 7-8%, "Provagen" prebiotic consisting of spore-forming bacteria Bacillissubtilis in amount of 0.2-0.3% and glucose in an amount of 0.1-0.2% of the weight of the feedstuff fed to piglets aged 28-30 - 90 days.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to enhance resistance to large-scale gastrointestinal disturbances and edema disease with weaned piglets, and consequently, to improve their livability and performance.
