FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to food industry and may be used for production of energy alcohol-free beverages. The method envisages purification, thermal treatment and milling of bread cereal crops grains, frying the milled grains, introduction of milled additives and the composition components mixing. The bread cereal crops grains are represented by wheat and maize in an amount of 2.5-3.0 wt % in the target product and additionally - cereal crops chosen from among barley, millet, oats, buckwheat, rye and amaranth. Milled grains frying is performed at a temperature of 145°C - 175°C during 10-60 minutes. The introduced additives are represented by ground herbs chosen from among flax and girasol and/or ground fruit chosen from among milled citrus fruits, sea-buckthorn, chokeberries, flour or oil of fruit kernels and nuts and/or wheat germ flakes and/or honey. After mixing the components one introduces water, adds salt and/or sugar or sugar substitute. The produced solution is treated at a temperature of 95°C - 110°C, homogenised and cooled to a temperature equal to 35°C - 38°C. Then the solution is maintained during 14-24 hours. Then one performs pasteurisation and dispensing. One may produce various energy beverages by the proposed method.
EFFECT: inventions ensure production of thirst-quenching high-calorie beverages with antioxidant properties.
