FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: briquetted food concentrate produced by extrusion and heating of cereal-based food products contains, wt. %: cereals, 53.0-58.0; sugar, 10.0-12.0; salt, 1.0-2.0; flavor-aromatic additives, 0.1-0.2; fat, 26.0-28.0; glycerin, 3.0-4.0; fat antioxidant, preferably butyl hydroxyanisole and/or butyl hydroxytoluene, 0.0050-0.0052. Wheat flour and oat flour used as cereals are taken in amount of 45.0-48.0 wt. % and 8.0-10.0 wt.%, respectively. Food product is briquetted and packed under vacuum into heat-sealable film. Food product has increased energy value, is balanced as to complex of structural components, and is preserved to prevent it from spoilage. Thus, it may be used without preliminary treatment.
