SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to a device of handle fixation to kitchenware. A fixation device (1) has a pin (5) in its composition, with the possibility of fixation by its first front end (14) on a cup (6), also comprising a hole (16) on its second rear end (15), a handle (3), one end (30) of which comprises at least one ledge (31, 32), forming a location bed (33), adapted for placement of the specified pin (5), and which continues with a through hole (39), providing for the possibility of screw (4) passage and its insertion into the pin (5) hole. A base (8), adapted for coverage of the pin (5) and the ledge (31, 32) of the handle (3), and jointing in longitudinal direction the handle (3) with the cup (6) of a kitchen utensil (2). At the same time one or more ledges (31, 32) of the handle (3) enter in contact at one and other sides with the specified pin (5) in the side transverse direction (42) for accurate and direct positioning of the handle (3) on the pin (5) in the transverse horizontal direction. The base (8) comprises facilities of its positioning in the vertical transverse direction (41) relative to the pin (5) and relative to the handle (3) for positioning in the vertical transverse direction of the handle (3) directly with the help of the base (8) on the pin (5).

EFFECT: device provides for reliable and durable fixation of a handle in a vertical transverse direction.
