SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used for fastening of stomatological instruments. Device for gearing of stomatological instrument in head of handle of stomatological apparatus with direct or angular handle contains elements of rotatory motion transmission to stomatological instrument, rotating transmission shaft equipped with gear for bringing it into rotatory motion by means of governor gear. Drive shaft is installed in lower rolling or plain bearing and has central hole for placement in it of shank of stomatological instrument, formed by cylindrical body, equipped with ring gearing groove for holding of instrument in axial direction, and flat drive cut made parallel to longitudinal axis of instrument for its stationary fixation during rotation by means of interaction with flat cut of drive shaft. Head contains upper round hole for assembling of elements of motion transmission and closed by means of press button for instrument release. Device contains at least one collapsible gearing lever with finger for entering ring groove, collapsible fixator, rigidly connected during rotation with rotating drive shaft and containing positioning plane, intended for entering in contact with flat cut of instrument.
EFFECT: extension of arsenal of technical means for fastening of stomatological instrument.
