FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a benzoindenochrysene derivative of general formula (1) where each of X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, X8, X9, X10, X11, X12, X13, X14, X15 and X16 is selected independently of each other from a hydrogen atom and a group of substitutes consisting of a halogen atom, cyano group, nitro group, tert-butyl group, methoxy group, ethynyl group, acetynyl group, benzyl group, phenyl group, naphthyl group, biphenyl group, fluorenyl group, anthracenyl, fluoranthenyl group, pyrenyl group, binaphthyl group, phenanthrenyl group, benzofluoranthenyl group, , phenanthrolinyl group and phenoxy group, and each substitute can additionally contain at least one methyl group, a tert-butyl group and a phenyl group. The invention also relates to a light-emitting device using said derivative.
EFFECT: disclosed device has light emission with high efficiency, high brightness and high colour purity and operating longevity.
