SUBSTANCE: invention refers to applications of compound of formula

I or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt: where R1, R2, R7 and R8 stand for C1-C10 alkyl group, etc.; R3, R4, R5, R6, R9, R10, R11 and R12 stand for hydrogen atom, C1-C6 alkyl group, aryl group, etc.; X1 and X2 stand for C1-C15 alkyl group or aryl group, and X1 and X2 together contain 0 to 4 carboxyl groups; m1, m2 and m3 stand for 0 or 1; L1~L7 independently stand for methine group; M stands for hydrogen, metal atom, or quaternary ammonium salt; n stands for integer 1 to 7 required to neutralise the charge, to produce fluorescent contrasting near infrared agent used in fluorescent body imaging method; actually fluorescent contrasting near infrared agent containing compound of formula I or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt.

EFFECT: use of aforesaid compound to produce contrasting agents enables to produce quickly high-detail contrast images in living organism research.
