FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: shoe-valve for shank includes housing with a central through channel. In the latter there arranged is a seat for valve with pusher spring-loaded from the seat relative to the guide non-tight sleeve into which pusher is inserted with possibility of restricted longitudinal movement. Pusher and guide sleeve are arranged above the seat and the valve respectively; at that, pusher has the possibility of interacting with control tool. Guide sleeve is equipped with a internal pin; at that, on external surface of pusher there located is closed shaped slot for the pin. Shaped slot is made in the form of long and short alternating longitudinal grooves connected from above with a shaped groove.

EFFECT: at back-and-forth movement of pusher relative to the guide sleeve the shaped groove allows in-series location of the pin in long groove in open position or in short groove in closed position to fix the valve at interaction with the seat.
