FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises waste heat circuit wherein working medium circulates to convert ICE waste heat into mechanical work. Said waste heat circuit incorporates evaporator 1 to convert working medium, at least partially by waste heat absorption, in vaporous aggregative state, expander 2 to produce mechanical work wherein vaporous medium expands at least partially, and condenser 3 wherein working medium is converted in liquid aggregative state. Said circuit incorporates also one antifreezing device 4 provided with at least one heater 10 for working fluid tempering. Invention covers also the automobile with aforesaid device.
EFFECT: reliable operation irrespective of ambient temperature.
