FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: first, resistance strain-gauge bridge transmitter is deenergised. Signal from output of deenergised resistance strain-gauge bridge transmitter is measured. Measured signal (since the transmitter is deenergised) represents value of additive error introduced with thermal electromotive force and flowing displacement currents of instrument amplifier through elements of resistance strain-gauge bridge transmitter and amplified with instrument amplifier. That error value is stored in memory device. Then, standard measurements are carried out; for that purpose, memory device is disconnected from output of instrument amplifier and power is supplied to strain-gauge bridge transmitter. Error value stored in memory device is deducted from output signal of instrument amplifier.
EFFECT: improving measurement accuracy.
