SUBSTANCE: in the method, additive and multiplicative error components are periodically determined based on command unit signals, for which the vertices of the high and low potential supply diagonals of the tensometric bridge sensor are disconnected from the bipolar power supply and additive and multiplicative error values from the output of the instrumentation amplifier are recorded into a storage device. Normal operating measurements are then taken with the bridge power off and the previously stored additive and multiplicative error component values are eliminated from the signal value, measured in normal mode, via subtraction and division operations. Switching from the mode of determining the additive and multiplicative error values to the normal measurement mode is carried out by the control unit through a given temperature change interval of measurement channel components, e.g., a sensor, or a given time interval.
EFFECT: excluding systematic additive and multiplicative error components from the operating measuring signal.
