FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: device includes the following: seat of heat radiator; cover including the main plate covering the upper surface of set of heat radiator and having two inlet openings made in it and located at some distance from each other in longitudinal direction; and the first cooling fan installed in one of two inlet openings of the cover for generation of air flow in the direction to front upper section of set of heat radiator; the second cooling fan installed in the other inlet opening of the cover for generation of air flow in the direction to rear upper section of set of heat radiator; and control unit configured so that either the first and the second fans are activated when the operating signal is received, or the following steps are performed when the dust cleaning signal is received: simultaneous activation of the first cooling fan and deactivation of the second cooling fan for some time; and simultaneous activation of the second cooling fan and deactivation of the first cooling fan for some time.
EFFECT: increasing heat dissipation efficiency and enlarging functional capabilities due to dust cleaning function.
