SUBSTANCE: method to dedicate communication resources between a mobile communication device and a unit of access to a network includes transfer of a message with a preamble of random access into a unit of access to a network. Also the method includes receipt of a message with a response of random access containing a response to the specified message with the random access preamble. The specified response includes information on dedication of upperlink resources for planning of transfer along an upperlink. The specified information on dedication of upperlink resources includes information that identifies one or more individual time subframes dedicated for transfer along an upperlink. The method also includes transfer of signals along an upperlink in one or more identified individual time subframes. Also a device and a machine readable memory are described.
