Communication method includes combining a first cell having a first TTI and a second cell having a second TTI, wherein the length of the second TTI is N (N > 1) times greater than the length of the first TTI; receiving data scheduling information for a second cell in a first TTI of a first cell; and establishing data transmission based on the data scheduling information in the second second cell TTI corresponding to the first first cell TTI, wherein the first TTI for the first cell is any TTI of the N TTI of the first cell corresponding to the second TTI of the second cell.
