FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: liquid-fuel atomiser includes a hollow body with a nozzle and a central core. Body is provided with a liquid supply channel and includes a coaxial bushing rigidly attached to it. In its lower part of bushing there fixed is a nozzle made in the form of a cylindrical two-stage bushing. Upper cylindrical stage through which it is connected by means of a threaded connection to a central core. Core consists of cylindrical part and a conical flared end. Flared end is installed with an annular gap relative to internal surface of cylindrical bushing. Annular gap is connected to radial channels made in two-stage bushing. Channels attach annular gap to annular cavity. Cavity is formed with internal surface of bushing and external surface of upper cylindrical stage. A rosette in the form of an end round plate is rigidly attached to lower part of conical flared end. Rows of cylindrical throttle holes are made on side surface of flared end. Axes of holes lie in the planes perpendicular to the flared end axis. In end round plate there made are conical throttle holes with an angle at the vertex of cone, which lies in the range of 45° to 90°.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency of fine fluid atomisation.
