SUBSTANCE: method of masking or modification of the olfactory or gustatory sensation generated in the user by the main product (7) includes: placement of the product (7) in the package (2) containing the hole (3) to extract the product, ensuring the device (1) comprising the hole (8) and at least one decomposable vessel (5) with an aromatic composition, placing the device (1) detachably on the hole (3), release of the product (7) so that it contacts the vessel (5); release of aromatic composition, and the release of the main product (7) and/or the aromatic composition is carried out through the hole (8). The vessel (5) is a spherical capsule having crush strength of 1-5 kg/cm2, which shell contains gellan, gelatin or similar material (6), and the inner part of the capsule contains the aromatic composition, which is unstable and/or incompatible with the main product (7). The group of inventions relates also to a device for release of aromatic composition, the method of successive aromatisation of the main product using different aromatic compositions and the product obtained using this method.
EFFECT: opportunity to flavouring only the part of the main product without flavouring the main part of the product contained in the package.
