FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: spherical grapple contains carrying structure and hydraulic drive which includes hydraulic cylinders connected with each jaw, pipelines, hydraulic control valve with hydraulic pump and drain line. The jaws are of ellipsoidal shape, overlapping each other by side surfaces, attached to rods of hydraulic cylinders by means of pins, pivotally. Side surface of lower part of carrying structure is made spherical and has arc-shaped grooves.
EFFECT: higher productivity and efficiency of grapple operation.
